what are we waiting on to make this right?/let’s just forget about the way we fight/I just want to hold you close and everybody knows how I’m so hopeless/I want to squeeze you in my arms so tight/I want to give you all my love tonight/Don’t ever want to let you go and everybody knows how I’m so hopeless/my heart it’s just a cage/it’s just a cage/and now you can’t get out/I want to show you what I’d do for you/want you to know that what you feel is true/I know that you can feel it too but you still need the proof I can’t say I blame you/won’t you come and spend the night (you’ve already got that look)/I know that this is more than just a little crazy (you’ve already got me hooked)/hoping we can settle our differences forever/I never thought we’d ever be together again and if I get you close I’m never gonna let you go/my heart is just a cage/it’s just a cage/and now you can’t get out/oh no/now you can’t get out
